Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Obsługa serwisowa aparatury medycznej w Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. w Gdańsku

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of servicing medical equipment at Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk. A detailed list of equipment to be serviced is described in the Price Form (Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications) and in the Inspection Schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the agreement). The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract – Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications – and in accordance with the schedule, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the agreement. 2. Personnel assigned to perform the contract must have the qualifications specified by the manufacturer of the medical devices. 3. As part of the service provided, the Contractor is obligated to apply and comply with the provisions of the law applicable to the subject of the contract, holds the appropriate authorizations, and bears full liability in the event of any violation thereof. 4. In order to confirm that the services offered meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires the submission of the relevant evidence along with the offer, in accordance with § VII of the Technical Specifications.
