1. The subject of this contract is the performance of a broad panel of proteomic tests using the Proximity Extension Assay technology for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - State Research Institute, Gliwice Branch, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority. 2. The description of the subject of the contract and the terms of contract performance are included in the appendices: 1) Description of the subject of the contract, list of proteins analyzed – appendix no. 2 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference, 2) Draft provisions of the contract, which will be incorporated into the contract – appendix no. 4 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference. 3. The offer validity period is: 90 days. The offer validity period begins with the deadline for submission of offers. This date is the first day of the offer validity period. This means that the offer validity period expires on January 18, 2026. 4. Deadline for completion of the order: by August 31, 2029. Due to the fact that the subject of the contract in this procedure is financed from the funds of the Medical Research Agency, the above-mentioned The completion date is a strict deadline. 5. Offer evaluation criterion: price criterion only, in accordance with the provisions of the tender documentation. 6. In this tender procedure, the Ordering Party will apply the procedure specified in Article 139, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law when evaluating the offers.
