1) The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a three-navigation bridge simulator for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin. Delivery, assembly, and commissioning must ensure interoperability with the Maritime University of Technology's Kongsberg K-Sim Engine simulator and with ship and water body models created for the Kongsberg Polaris 5.6 environment. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the ordering party's requirements for implementation and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the order – Appendix No. 1a to the Technical Specifications, - draft contract provisions specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the order pursuant to Article 226, section 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 3) Nomenclature according to the CPV; 38970000-5 Research, testing, and scientific technical simulators 4) Any names (trademarks) provided by the Ordering Party are examples, and their indication is intended to define the expected standard, and the Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers within the scope of the prepared description of the subject of the contract. 5) The subject of the contract is defined by indicating objective technical and quality characteristics and standards, for which the indication of exemplary trademarks is permitted. 6) If the Ordering Party refers in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3, solutions equivalent to those described are permitted. 7) The Ordering Party...
