Poland – Road construction works – Budowa nowego przebiegu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 527 na odcinku od granicy miasta do wiaduktu nad koleją (ulica Nowobałtycka) w Olsztynie

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a new route of provincial road No. 527 on the section from the city border to the railway viaduct (Nowobałtycka Street). 2. The detailed scope of work is specified in the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works referred to in Article 103, Section 1 of the Act. The design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works constitute Annex 8 to the Specifications of Quantities. The bill of quantities is attached to the Specifications of Quantities for ancillary purposes and does not constitute the basis for the offer valuation. 3. The description of the subject of the contract, its size, and scope are specified in the Specification of Terms of Reference and the contract template, which constitutes Annex 7 to the Specifications of Quantities. 4. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214, Section 1, Item 7 of the Act for the amount of PLN 50,000,000.00 under the terms and conditions specified in the contract template. The detailed subject and scope of construction works include: 1) construction and/or reconstruction of technical infrastructure: roads, streets, engineering structures, intersections, pavements, bicycle paths, exits, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus bays, service channel, anti-noise and anti-glare screens, 2) sanitary construction works - construction and reconstruction of drainage and water and sewage networks, 3) electrical and telecommunications construction works, traffic lights and ITS, as well as construction of optical fibre.
