The Contractor shall submit (transfer) a sample of the uniform and equipment item via a postal operator, in person or by a messenger, within the time limit and in the manner described in Chapter XV of the SWZ – which constitutes the order document. | 1. Delivery of backpacks with an internal WS frame in accordance with the order documents. 2. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the ordering party in the scope of task no. 3, the contractor applying for this order is required to submit, along with the offer, the evidence in question (including a sample of the subject of the order) indicated in the order documents. The Contractor shall submit (transfer) a sample of the uniform and equipment item via a postal operator, in person or by a messenger, within the time limit and in the manner described in Chapter XV of the SWZ – which constitutes the order document.
