1. The subject of the order is the provision of physical security services for facilities and property on the premises of the Plant/Installation “EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Julków, Skierniewice commune, 96-116 Dębowa Góra – task No. 1. 2. The Ordering Party expects that the subject of the order will be provided in accordance with the provisions indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the Specifications of Technical Specifications and the agreement, i.e. the scope of duties, powers and responsibilities of a security officer, performed by the contractor’s employees as part of the contractual remuneration – for each task. The estimated number of man-hours for the entire duration of the order is: for the Plant/Installation “EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Julków, Skierniewice commune, 96-116 Dębowa Góra (task No. 1) – 14,880 man-hours. 3. The number of hours specified in point 2 may change. The Ordering Party has the right to determine the daily number of hours, taking into account the possibility of reducing the number of working hours. Therefore, during the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 50% of the number of man-hours specified in point 2, which can be worked during the contract term. Reducing the number of man-hours in this respect will not give rise to any claims against the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for the uncompleted portion of the contract or for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction in the number of man-hours specified in point 2. In this situation, an amendment is not required. 4.
