1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a facility called the "Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point," implemented as part of the Municipal Waste Recycling Center in Krakow, located at 17A Igołomska Street, along with the external infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). on plot no. 1/169, precinct 20, Nowa Huta. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point is the next stage of the investment project called the "Municipal Waste Recycling Center in Krakow," located on plot no. 1/169, precinct 20, Krakow Nowa Huta, within the former Sendzimir Steelworks, within District XVIII Nowa Huta. Plot no. 1/169 is owned by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Spółka z o. o. in Krakow. The area planned for the implementation of the subject of the contract is of an industrial nature, with significant anthropological transformation. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 April 2012 on the determination of geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 463), the planned investment falls into the second geotechnical category due to complex ground conditions. 2. The description of the Subject of the Contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to this ToR. 3. Warranty Period: The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor provide for the subject of the contract, i.e. for: − the supplied construction materials, completed construction work, and assembly and installation work: * a quality guarantee for a period of not less than 60 months, * a warranty for a period of not less than 60 months, − the supplied waste collection equipment (i.e. steel containers, press containers, hazardous waste warehouse equipment, workshop equipment): * a quality guarantee for a period of not less than 24 months, * a warranty for a period of not less than 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the...
