Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg na terenie miasta Kostrzyn nad Odrą

1.1. Task 1 – Winter maintenance of paved municipal and county roads, sidewalks, parking lots, and pedestrian bridges in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą during the 2025/2026 winter season. 1.1.1. The subject matter of the contract should be implemented in a manner that does not cause any disruptions to road traffic, including vehicle passing, and in the case of roads without sidewalks, also to pedestrian traffic. Snow removed from the roadway must not block connections with other roads or entrances to parking lots or properties. All intersections should be clear. 1.1.2. As part of the contract execution, the Contractor is obliged to: a) ensure coordination and supervision of the winter operation on district and municipal roads, b) perform duties, in particular: - 24-hour emergency dispatcher service, - obtain current information on the weather conditions, - prepare ongoing daily reports on the winter operation, in accordance with Annex 3 to the contract, which should be conducted every day, not only at the beginning of the winter operation. The Contractor is obliged to obtain current information on the weather conditions, including temperature, and based on the information obtained, a daily report should be completed, - ensure 24-hour communication with the Ordering Party in order to transmit instructions, comments and instructions, c) ensure constant readiness of specialist equipment together with the staff guaranteeing failure-free winter road maintenance, and in the event of its failure, provide replacement equipment that meets the requirements contained in the SWZ, at its own expense, d) purchase, transport and store sand, road salt or other means approved for use in removing black ice and icing (Regulation of the Minister of Environment of October 27, 2005, Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960) at its own expense and at its own risk, e) winter maintenance in accordance with the standards specified in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement and in the order specified...
