Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie ulic miejskich w Pruszkowie w 2026 i 2027

The scope of works includes primarily: a) snow removal and removal of slippery surfaces from the entire width of the road, including bus stop bays, b) removal of black ice from the entire width of the road immediately after its occurrence, c) manual removal of snow cover in places inaccessible to snowplows (e.g. parking bays, spaces near parked cars and manual cleaning of slush and permafrost at the curb of the road in the pedestrian crossing zone (crossing clearance 3.0 m), d) loading and removal of snow using equipment that does not damage the road surface and road elements, e) proper selection of means and use of appropriate type of services, in consultation with the Ordering Party, f) placing 6 sand boxes in locations indicated by the Ordering Party, refilling them on an ongoing basis with sand with the addition of anti-caking salt and keeping them clean, including: - 24-hour winter maintenance of city roads with asphalt surfaces and made of concrete blocks listed in Annex No. 1, which is an integral part of of this agreement. - 24-hour winter maintenance of municipal roads made of concrete blocks listed in Annex No. 2, which constitutes an integral part of this agreement. - Winter maintenance of other paved and unpaved municipal roads indicated by the Ordering Party, using the rates specified in the Selected Contractor's Bid Form. - Removal of excess snow at the Ordering Party's request, with the Contractor providing a storage facility. b) The basic territorial scope of the works covers 273 sections of municipal streets with a total length of approximately 116 km. c) The scope may be expanded if necessary. NOTE! The Ordering Party hereby informs that the work commissioned to the Contractor is to be carried out first in the tunnel along Działkowa Street and on the viaduct along Grunwaldzka Street.
