2. The subject of the order is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party" or "ARiMR") of services for the maintenance and development of the Central Beneficiary Service System (hereinafter referred to as the "CSOB"). The CSOB system is a key element of the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure, supporting the processing of applications for financial assistance under the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023–2027 (hereinafter referred to as PS 23-27). This system was designed as a central platform for managing processes related to the granting and settlement of support for beneficiaries, in exchange for the Remuneration specified in the Agreement. 2.1. The CSOB system integrates with a number of other systems of the Ordering Party, creating a coherent information environment. These currently include: 2.1.1. Electronic Services Platform (PUE) – CSOB cooperates with PUE, enabling beneficiaries to submit applications and correspond with ARiMR electronically. Thanks to this, the entire application processing process takes place without the need to use paper documents; 2.1.2. Financial and Accounting System (EBS) – Integration with EBS allows for the automatic transfer of financial data, which streamlines accounting processes related to the payment of funds to beneficiaries; 2.1.3. Producer Register – CSOB uses reference data contained in the Register of Entities, which ensures consistency of information on beneficiaries in various ARiMR systems; 2.1.4. Integrated Control System (ZSK) – Cooperation with ZSK enables effective planning and conducting on-site inspections, which is important for verifying the correct use of aid funds. 3.
