The subject of the contract is the purchase, implementation, and adaptation of new electronic public administration solutions and the digitization of the back-office through: replacing the domain system (SD) and the electronic document circulation system (EZD), implementing an electronic customer service office system, and adapting the existing work environment to the properties of the new system and software tools (WNiP). The contract will also include the implementation of an electronic public services center, which will be a dedicated public e-services portal with a mobile application, contact, and notification system for office clients. Essential elements of the contract description: 1) Construction of a platform for electronic public services; 2) Purchase of an integrated software package along with the implementation of: a) construction of a base system for electronic public services; b) creation of a tax module; c) creation of a module for waste management; d) creation of a module for fee management and payment; e) creation of a module related to document and correspondence management; f) creation of a module providing information on budget execution and organizing the financial and accounting system, including data sharing; g) creation of a module for social participation; 3) Adaptation of the current environment to the new modules; 4) Preparation of a series of two short instructional and training videos (promotion); 5) Training for employees on the operation and functionality of the implemented IT system; 6) Training to increase employee competencies in cybersecurity. As a result of the project, 17 public e-services will be created in the areas of taxes and fees, and social participation, of which 1 e-service will be available at e-maturity level 4, and 16 e-services at e-maturity level 5, the highest (services enable full transactionality and are tailored to individual needs and situations).
