1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an antivirus system subscription service with manufacturer support (ATiK). The software subscription service is purchased with manufacturer support (ATiK), active from the date the manufacturer provides the subscription service. 2. The Contractor will activate the software subscription with manufacturer support (ATiK) no later than 3 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for 4,500 endpoints and 200 servers of the Ordering Party, which will be valid for a period of 36 months. 3. The Contractor will activate additional software subscriptions with manufacturer support (ATiK) for another 1,000 endpoints of the Ordering Party from December 19, 2024, to the period indicated in point 2. Technical support (ATiK) will be provided in Polish or English. The aforementioned service must comply with the Technical Specification of the antivirus system specified in Appendix 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions.
