1. The subject of the order is the purchase of tactical equipment for the criminal departments of the Lower Silesian Garrison. A detailed description of the subject of the order (specification of the product range, quantities, dimensions allowing for the identification of the required product size) is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order – hereinafter referred to as the OPZ, constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ, and in the Table of Dimensions, constituting Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ. 2. Part 1 of the procedure – tactical gloves, described in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ (part 1 of the procedure – description of the subject of the order – tactical gloves) and in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ (table of dimensions). 3. The Ordering Party has described the terms of order performance in the Draft Contract Provisions – hereinafter referred to as the PPU, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Names and codes of the order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 18424000-7 – Gloves, 18410000-6 – Special clothing. 5. Place of delivery. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Warehouse of the Supply Department of the Provincial Public Procurement Office in Wrocław, ul. Sokolnicza 12, 53-676 Wrocław. 6. Requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people. With reference to the condition specified in art. 100 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act regarding accessibility for disabled people, referred to in Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (OJ EU L No. 94, p. 65), the Ordering Party informs that there are no specific requirements regarding accessibility of the described subject of the contract for disabled people. 7.
