Poland – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Leasing operacyjny na dostawę samochodu specjalistycznego

1. The subject of the contract is operational leasing for the delivery of a new specialized vehicle. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Lease Terms and Conditions, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Technical Specifications, and the vehicle's technical specification, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications. 3. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the vehicle for the period specified in the technical specification. 4. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be approved for use on public roads, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, consolidated text). 5. The vehicle must have a type approval certificate or other document authorizing it for road traffic within the EU. 6. The Ordering Party has the right to place its trademarks on the vehicle throughout the duration of the contract, which will not void the warranty. This will not in any way reduce the value of the leased item. 7. The Contractor consents to the Ordering Party installing a GPS vehicle monitoring system at its own expense, without losing the right to pursue claims under the warranty granted for the subject of the contract. 8. Preparation of the contract in accordance with the provisions of this ToR is the Contractor's responsibility. 9. The Ordering Party hereby informs that all clarifications contained in the ToR regarding procedure no. ZP.26.KZ.9PZP.2025 are binding on the Contractors.
