Poland – Storm-water piping construction work – ZADANIE nr 7 - budowa kanalizacji deszczowej w ulicach Bałtyckiej / Kawki w Olsztynie – I etap w ramach projektu pn. „Rozbudowa systemu gospodarowania wodami opadowymi - III etap”.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the stormwater management system - stage III" (TASK No. 7 covering the construction of a storm sewer system in Bałtycka / Kawki streets in Olsztyn – stage I), in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) program for years 2021-2027 and the design documentation made available by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted procedure /CPV code: 45232130-2; 45111291-4/. 2. The contract is being awarded in parts, each of which will constitute the subject of a separate procedure, in accordance with art. 91 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as its size and scope are specified in the Specification of Contract Terms and Conditions and in the annexes to the Technical Specifications. 4.
