Poland – Storm-water piping construction work – ZADANIE nr 4 - Przebudowa przepustu drogowego w rowie otwartym zlewni kolektora deszczowego - ul. Bydgoska w Olsztynie w ramach projektu pn.: „Rozbudowa systemu gospodarowania wodami opadowymi – III etap”

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the stormwater management system - stage III" (TASK No. 4) covering the reconstruction of a road culvert in an open ditch of the rainwater collector catchment area at Bydgoska Street in Olsztyn, in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) program for 2021-2027 and with the design documentation made available by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted procedure. 2. The contract is being awarded in parts, each of which will constitute the subject of a separate procedure, in accordance with art. 91 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as its size and scope are specified in the Specification of Terms of Reference and the annexes to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Ordering Party does not intend to award similar contracts, referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act,
