Poland – Street-cleaning and sweeping services – Oczyszczanie mechaniczne i uzupełniająco ręczne wybranych jezdni dróg gminnych i wojewódzkich na terenie miasta Świdnica w 2026 roku

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of mechanical and, as a supplement, manual cleaning of roadways on municipal and regional roads in the city of Świdnica. Mechanical cleaning should be understood as sweeping using a mechanical sweeper. Manual sweeping should be understood as sweeping using municipal vacuum cleaners, blowers, brooms, and other simple tools. 2) The subject of the contract includes: • cleaning of roadways in the summer and winter seasons, under favorable weather conditions, i.e. those that guarantee the proper effect of the work performed (cleaning work should not be performed during heavy rain or snowfall, during strong winds, at air temperatures below 0°C, or when there is a layer of snow, ice, etc. on the road); • emergency cleaning of roadways at the request of the ordering party; • removal of debris after road accidents. 3) Location: selected roadways of municipal and regional roads, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Świdnica and specified in Appendix 12 to the SWZ. 4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Appendix No. 11 to the ToR. 5) The Contractor is obligated to complete the order under the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 10 to the ToR.
