Poland – Street-lighting maintenance services – „Konserwacja, eksploatacja i utrzymanie bieżące w stałej sprawności technicznej oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie miasta Świnoujście w latach 2025-2029”

The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in the scope of maintaining the constant technical efficiency of street lighting, specified in: a) the “List of lighting points on the roads of the city of Świnoujście” constituting appendix no. 6.2 to the SWZ, b) the “List of lighting cabinets installed within the city of Świnoujście” constituting appendix no. 6.3 to the SWZ. c) together with its electricity power supply, within the scope specified in appendix no. 6.4 to the SWZ, and d) performance of electricity construction works, specified in the “Material and financial scope” constituting appendix no. 6.1 to the SWZ (list of unit prices), related to the removal of street lighting failures resulting from external causes caused by, among others, road collisions, acts of vandalism, etc. or related to the need to reconstruct/construct street lighting resulting from the need to adapt it to applicable regulations and changes introduced in the communication system, improvement of road conditions, construction or reconstruction of a road, etc. The detailed subject matter and scope of the Agreement are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order - Appendix No. 10.
