The subject of the contract is: Supervision over the design and implementation of works and management of the contract entitled: "Design and construction of the Brzostek and Kołaczyce bypass along national road no. 73, length approx. 13.4 km. The service includes the Consultant's performance of duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on the Conditions of the Contract for the investment task, in particular: • supervision over the design, verification of design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors; • management, investor's supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate; • conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services; • fulfillment of obligations resulting from the procedures included in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the beneficiary of Projects implemented from EU funds (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective); • provision of investor's supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participation in Warranty inspections and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified during warranty inspections, within the framework of the concluded Contract; • supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project; • supervising design work and work related to Additional Tasks necessary to complete the Project, arising during the implementation of the Contract – awarded under the Public Procurement Law; • continuous monitoring, management, and resolution of matters related to the proper execution by individual Contractors of the Contractor’s documents and construction works at the interface between...
