1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in performing investor supervision activities over the implementation of construction works for the task: "FOLWARK KOMPETENCJI – support center in the area of e-health, health and recovery, together with equipment and obtaining an occupancy permit for the entire scope of the investment." 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party expects to award the contracts referred to in art. 305 sec. 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to 100% of the estimated contract value for the procedure in question in the event of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 305 sec. 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 7 of the Public Procurement Act to a contractor for construction works. The subject of contracts involving the repetition of similar services: supervision of construction, demolition, maintenance and installation works of all industries; supervision of the equipment of the facility, including the construction of a new transformer station; supervision of works and works in the field of greenery and landscaping. The Ordering Party anticipates the possible conclusion of contracts for similar services within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The Contractor's remuneration will be determined after prior negotiations with the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of conducting negotiations remotely. The Ordering Party indicates that it will require: a) the Contractor to submit a detailed service implementation schedule for approval by the Ordering Party, b) the provision of a warranty for the services performed, c) the Contractor to have its own equipment enabling the execution of the order, d) the Contractor to submit a detailed price calculation, e) the performance of the subject of the order referred to in Article 305,...
