Poland – Supervision of building work – Zarządzanie i nadzór nad realizacją inwestycji pn. „Budowa odcinka DW 744 od końca budowanej obwodnicy Starachowic w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej do budowanej obwodnicy Wąchocka na DK 42” – w systemie zaprojektuj i zbuduj.

1. 1. The subject of the contract is the Management and supervision of the implementation of the investment entitled "Construction of a section of the DW 744 road from the end of the Starachowice bypass under construction along the provincial road to the Wąchock bypass under construction on DK 42" – in the design and build system. 2. The contract covers the provision of services related to investor supervision over the implementation of a contract concluded as a result of a separate procedure for construction works, together with the development of design documentation in the "design and build" system, hereinafter referred to as the "Contract" or "Task" entitled: "Construction of a section of the DW 744 road from the end of the Starachowice bypass under construction along the provincial road to the Wąchock bypass under construction on DK 42", co-financed by the Polish Deal Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program. 3. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications, and the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Technical Specifications.
