1. The subject of the order under the basic order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of Printing Services and technical support for a period of 36 months, for at least 1,500 users (hereinafter also referred to as the "Basic Order"). 2. The estimated number of printout pages under the basic order is: 1) 5,000,000 pages of monochrome printouts; 2) 2,000,000 pages of color printouts. 3. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of using the option referred to in art. 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to submit, during the period referred to in § 2 sec. 3 or sec. 6 of the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications, additional orders for printouts, in a quantity not exceeding in total 50% of the estimated number of printout pages under the basic order, referred to in pt. 3.1.2, i.e.: 1) 2,500,000 pages of monochrome printouts, 2) 1,000,000 pages of color printouts, - (hereinafter also referred to as "Option I"). 4. The Ordering Party also reserves the right to use the option referred to in art. 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, by extending the period of provision of the Printing Service by the Contractor together with technical support by a further maximum of 12 months (hereinafter also referred to as "Option II"), but not longer than until the volume under the basic Order referred to in point 3.1.2 is used, and in the case of using Option I, also until the volume specified in point 3.1.3 is used. 5. Services both within the scope of the basic order and within the scope of the options referred to above will be performed on the terms specified in the Draft Agreement and its annexes. 6. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, the procedure and requirements for its implementation are specified in the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications.
