Poland – Traffic-signal maintenance services – Bieżące utrzymanie sygnalizacji świetlnych zarządzanych przez GDDKiA Oddział w Katowicach Rejon w Zabrzu

The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of traffic lights managed by the GDDKiA Katowice Branch, Zabrze Region. Work on ongoing maintenance of traffic lights will be performed under "basic" and "emergency" maintenance work order procedures. The "basic" maintenance work order procedure includes: a) inspections and maintenance of traffic lights, performed as part of a lump sum fee, within the timeframe specified in the OPZ; b) repairs and repairs to damage that do not pose a direct threat to people and property within the roadway and its immediate vicinity, performed as part of a survey fee, within the timeframe specified in the orders referred to in §7 of the draft contract provisions (SWZ VOL. II). The "emergency" maintenance work order procedure includes repairs aimed at eliminating the effects of failures caused by random/external factors that threaten the safety of people and property within the roadway and its immediate vicinity.
