1.1 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance the procurement are not awarded. 1.2 Please note: The Contracting Authority hereby informs that for the purposes of this procurement procedure, it uses an alternative term to describe the subject of the procurement, i.e., a trainer and/or simulator. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the procurement, specifying the functions, technical parameters, and required and additionally scored conditions of the subject of the procurement, is included in Appendix A to the Technical Specifications ("Terms of Reference"), i.e., "Functions, Technical Parameters, and Required and Additional Scored Conditions," which constitutes an integral part of the Technical Specifications. The Contracting Authority requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor be compatible with each other and ensure full functionality without the need for additional investment on the part of the Contracting Authority. This description should be read in conjunction with any changes to the content of the Technical Specifications, e.g., resulting from responses to questions from Contractors. 1.4 The Contractor is required to submit, along with the offer, a duly completed Appendix A to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), i.e., the functions, technical parameters, and conditions required and additionally scored for the subject of the order, signed with a qualified electronic signature. 1.5 The scope of the order includes in particular: 1.5.1 Delivery of brand new devices, complete with all required components, free from any signs of use, not for exhibition purposes, manufactured no earlier than 2024. 1.5.2 The scope of the order includes in particular the purchase, transport, packaging, unloading, carrying, setting up, installation, and commissioning at the location indicated by the Ordering Party (all...
