1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 20 stations for the implementation of training and exercises related to fires in photovoltaic installations with an energy bank, hereinafter referred to as the "Trainer" or "Subject of the order", on the terms described in the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as the "swz"), intended for 17 Ordering Parties (20 users). The trainers and the equipment mounted on them must be brand new, unused, undamaged, not encumbered with third-party rights, and of first quality. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annexes 1, 1a, 1b, 1c to the swz "Description of the subject of the order". 3. The terms of delivery and execution of the order are specified in Annex 7 to the swz "Template Agreement". 4. The declarations and documents that contractors are required to provide in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings are described in Chapter IX of the swz. 5.
