Poland – Transformers – Dostawa instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 635kWp, kontenerowego magazynu energii

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 635 kWp and a containerized energy storage system, including: 1) a photovoltaic installation on the building's roof, arranged flat, on the south-eastern and south-western facades, and on the ground, with a total capacity of up to 700 kWp, i.e., up to 1,271 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 500 Wp; 2) a containerized energy storage system with a maximum charging and discharging capacity of 0.5 MW and an installed energy capacity of approximately 2 MWh. The containerized energy storage building should be of a standard design, equipped by the manufacturer, and delivered as a complete free-standing facility. The storage system should be constructed in accordance with the specifications provided in the design; 3) implementation of a telemechanics system in accordance with the requirements of the grid operator, PGE Dystrybucja SA. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix 3, the attached technical documentation, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3. The contractor for the delivery and installation of photovoltaics will be required to cooperate with the contractor for construction works, including the construction of garages, to whom the construction site has been formally handed over. 4. All works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 5. The contractor is obligated to provide the necessary personnel with appropriate construction qualifications to perform the necessary industry-specific works for the proper execution of the task. The contractor is obligated to submit this personnel to the Ordering Party for approval. 6.
