Poland – Vehicle towing-away services – Świadczenie na terenie Miasta Lublin usług usuwania pojazdów z dróg publicznych oraz stref ruchu i stref zamieszkania będących w zarządzie Zarządu Dróg i Transportu Miejskiego w Lublinie oraz ich przechowywania na parkingu strzeżonym – 3 części

1. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1.1. removal of vehicles from public roads and traffic and residential zones managed by the Roads and Public Transport Authority in Lublin, based on instructions issued by authorized entities, including: loading, clearing the area after the removed vehicle, transport to a guarded parking lot, and unloading, in accordance with the Road Traffic Law and other legal acts. The Contractor agrees to provide services related to the removal of vehicles from the roads and the area referred to above 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1.2. storage of vehicles in a manner ensuring environmental safety, in a guarded parking lot, in accordance with applicable law; 1.3. transport, at the Contractor's own expense, of vehicles stored in the previous Contractor's parking lot to the Contractor's own parking lot (in the event of a change of contractor providing the service under the current contract); 1.4. maintaining paper and electronic documentation; 1.5. emergency opening of vehicles taken over by the Municipality of Lublin upon the written request of the Ordering Party. 2.
