Poland – Washing and dry-cleaning services – ZP/CZD/017/25 Świadczenie usług prania oraz wynajmu bielizny i odzieży szpitalnej dla Instytutu „Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka” z zastosowaniem systemu technologii RFID

The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services and rental of hospital linen and clothing for the "Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka" Institute using an RFID UHF (radio-frequency identification) system on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines specified in the concluded contract, and in particular: I. The comprehensive laundry service includes: 1. Washing of bed linen (duvet cover, pillowcase, sheet) and other items specified in Appendix No. 2.1 to the OPZ. 2. Washing of underwear and surgical clothing (surgical smock, surgical trousers, surgical gowns) specified in Appendix No. 2.3 to the OPZ. 3. Washing of cut-and-wear and rotational clothing specified in Appendix No. 2.2 to the OPZ, as well as lint-free sheets, lint-free underpads, lint-free drapes specified in Appendix 2.3 to the OPZ. 4. Washing of other general hospital items owned by the Ordering Party. 5. Washing of infectious linen. II. Lease of assortment: 1. Lease of bed linen and other assortment specified in Appendix No. 2.1 to the OPZ. 2. Lease of fashionable and rotational clothing specified in Appendix No. 2.2 to the OPZ. 3. Lease of underwear and surgical clothing specified in Appendix No. 2.3 to the OPZ. 4. Lease of distributors dispensing and collecting surgical clothing. 5. Delivery of chips and their sewing into the assortment belonging to the Ordering Party. III. Washing and sterilization of high-risk surgical gowns specified in Appendix No. 2.4 to the OPZ.
