1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, and processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from the area of operations of the 22nd Military Economic Unit in Olsztyn, in quantities in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract provisions and the pricing form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 2 to the draft contract provisions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of contract execution are contained in the draft contract provisions (including annexes). 3. The Ordering Party does not intend to divide the contract into lots. 4. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides the possibility of exercising an option right, in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract provisions constituting an annex to the SWZ. The Ordering Party provides the possibility of exercising an option right. Option right - the provision of services in the scope of collection, transport, and processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste at the Ordering Party's request, at prices specified in the pricing form during the contract execution period. The Ordering Party reserves the right to perform services covered by the option right under the terms and conditions specified for the basic contract. In the pricing form, the Ordering Party has specified a basic level of order, which may be expanded by increasing the number of services with the quantities indicated as options in the pricing form (constituting Appendix 2 to the ToR). 5.
