1. The subject of the contract is the clearance of hazardous objects of military origin and non-hazardous objects from the waters covered by the Investment entitled "Construction of a Breakwater for the New Outer Port in Świnoujście." The selected contractor will be responsible for examining (underwater exposure), extracting, and removing ferromagnetic objects >= 5nT (identified based on the Final Ferromagnetic Test Report), and handing over hazardous materials of military origin to the appropriate authorities. Upon completion of the aforementioned activities, the contractor will also be required to issue the Ordering Party with a "Certificate of Inspection and Clearance of the Planned Work Area of Hazardous Objects of Military Origin." 2.
