1. The subject of the contract is: mowing grass and weeds along provincial roads administered by the Nidzica Provincial Road District, divided into 4 parts - PART NO. 1: mowing grass and weeds along provincial roads administered by the Nidzica Provincial Road District - the area of operation of the Nidzica Road District. 2. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which constitutes an integral part of the Technical Specifications - Appendix No. 4. 3. The detailed scope of the contract includes a price form for individual parts. According to the specified scope, a separate price form must be completed for each part of the contract for which the Contractor submits a bid in accordance with the attached form. 4. During the contract execution period, the Contractor is obligated to have at its disposal the personnel and technical potential (tools and technical equipment) in the range and quantities necessary for the proper and timely execution of the contract. 5. The performance of the order is subject to Polish law, including in particular the amended Act of 29 January 2004 - Public Procurement Law, and the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code. 6. Before commencing the performance of services, their detailed location must be agreed with the Head of the relevant Road District. | 1.
