Poland – Wharf construction work – Remont i przebudowa istniejących nabrzeży oraz budowa nowych nabrzeży w porcie Darłowo wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą, dla potrzeb morskiej energetyki wiatrowej

Description of the subject of the contract: The investment is being carried out in the area of the Darłowo Sea Port. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting of infrastructure activities to adapt the port to the possibility of conducting offshore services (in particular, offshore terminal infrastructure, in order to properly service and ensure the safety of offshore wind farms). The main elements of the project will be construction works consisting of: • Reconstruction/renovation of the existing port quays: Southern, Gdynia, and Szczecin; • Construction of a new transshipment quay; • Construction of a bank reinforcement connecting the new transshipment quay with the Szczecin quay. The existing quays subject to the planned renovation are located in the Industrial Basin of the Darłowo Port and constitute its southern and western enclosure. The new hydrotechnical structures (designed quays) will be constructed on the western bank of the Wieprza River, located before the entrance to the Industrial Basin. Some of the hydrotechnical structures (in the northern part of the project, including a significant portion of the newly designed transshipment quay) will be constructed on undeveloped land, which currently constitutes land. Due to the fact that the field size allows for only 6,000 characters, the description of the subject of the contract is set out in section "V. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT" of the tender specifications.
