1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of structural timber: basic order: - board 20x3cm up to 6m – 200 m3 - board 25x3cm up to 6m – 200 m3 - square timber 15x15cm, length 4m - 180 m3 - square timber 15x15cm, length 8m - 20 m3 - square timber 10x10cm, length 4m - 180 m3 - square timber 10x10cm, length 8m - 20 m3 optional order: - board 20x3cm up to 6m – 30 m3 - board 25x3cm up to 6m – 30 m3 - square timber 15x15cm, length 4m - 20 m3 - square timber 10x10cm, length 4m - 20 m3 hereinafter referred to as "assortment", intended for the 25th Military Economic Unit, with delivery and unloading to locations indicated by the Ordering Party, no further than 150 km from 25th Military Economic Unit, ul. Kawaleryjska 70, Białystok. During delivery, the Contractor shall bear full civil liability for any damage caused to third parties due to improper delivery and shall also be liable for any difficulties in transport on roads with tonnage restrictions. 2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The option is understood as an extension of the basic order. This is an entitlement, not an obligation, of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party will exercise the order within the scope of the option right within the term of the basic order specified in the draft provisions of the contract. The condition for activating the option right is the Ordering Party's declaration of will to request the execution of the order qualified by the Ordering Party as an option right. The Ordering Party will exercise the option right if it is necessary to secure additional needs of military complexes, while at the same time ensuring by the disposer a higher degree of appropriate financial resources for the implementation of such an order.
