Implementation of a construction project consisting in the construction of a public building – CAMERIMAGE CENTER with exhibition, educational, recreational, catering, congress and conference, administrative and warehouse functions, together with land development and technical infrastructure on plots no. 2/6, 6/10, 6/17, 6/18, 6/19, 6/20, 6/21, 4, 6/7, 6/9 precinct 14 in the area of Czerwona Droga Street in Toruń and the construction of an exit from the road lane of Czerwona Droga Street (plot no. 4, 6/7, 6/9) to plot no. 6/10 precinct 14. The building belongs to categories IX, XVI, XVII, XXV, XXVI. The contract is planned to be implemented using a "design and build" approach, based on the Contracting Authority's existing design documentation, including the construction design and building permit, as well as additional design documentation and the Functional-Utility Program, which will be made available to the Contractors at a later stage of the Proceedings. The final Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract will be made available to the Contractors after the dialogue phase with the Contractors is completed and will incorporate information and data obtained by the Contracting Authority during the dialogue meetings.
