The project consists of the rehabilitation and structural reinforcement of the Marechal Carmona Bridge over the Tagus River on the EN10 at km 118+560, including general rehabilitation work on the access viaducts and the bridge, namely, seismic reinforcement of the viaducts, introduction of new joints, repaving and waterproofing of the deck, introduction of new guardrails on the viaducts and rehabilitation of the bridge's guardrails, reinforcement of the base of the bridge pillars, painting of the structure and execution of decorative lighting, in order to guarantee improved safety and traffic conditions on the structure.
