Software Solution for monitoring / implementation of investment objectives / projects SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE: "THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT AWARD PROCEDURE IS INITIATED UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THIS SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE, IN THE SENSE THAT THE ISSUANCE OF THE SUPPLY ORDER IS CONDITIONED ON THE SIGNING OF THE FINANCING CONTRACT, RESPECTIVELY ON THE ALLOCATION OF BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND THE ISSUANCE OF THE SUPPLY START ORDER, BEING DONE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE COMMITMENT OF EXPENDITURE FROM THE BUDGETS COVERED BY THE LEGISLATION ON PUBLIC FINANCE. HAVING REGARD TO THE PROVISIONS OF LAW 98/2016 ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 395/2016, WITH SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTATIONS, THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY SPECIFIES THAT IT WILL ISSUE THE SUPPLY START ORDER TO THE WINNING BIDDER ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT THE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR THIS STAGE WILL BE ENSURED BY ALLOCATING BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THIS PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT, REGARDLESS OF THE REASONS, THE BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOCATED, FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE APPROVAL OF THE PROCEDURE REPORT, THE CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELLED BY LAW, IN THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH THERE IS NO OTHER SOURCE OF FINANCING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS...
