Romania – Afforestation services – Servicii de elaborare proiect tehnic si servicii de impadurire si intretinere aferente obiectivului de investitii „Impadurire teren agricol al UAT Comuna Smardan, judetul Tulcea, in suprafata de 820,3973 ha”

A. - Preparation of a technical project accompanied by the necessary authorizations; B. - Provision of specific afforestation services and the implementation of the plantation fence; C- Specific plantation maintenance services for a number of years between 3 and 6 years, depending on the variety of seedlings that will be planted on the afforested area resulting from the elaboration of the technical afforestation project and in accordance with the Specific Afforestation Guide. The sources of financing for the contract to be awarded will be provided from PNRR/2022/C2/I.1A., the request for support for the project "Afforestation of agricultural land of the Smardan Commune, Tulcea County, with an area of 820.3973 ha" will be submitted after receiving the services for the elaboration of the Technical Project. The contract for afforestation and forest maintenance services will be signed with a suspensive clause, considering that after the submission of the technical project, the financing contract will be signed, strictly respecting the PNRR call for projects.
