LOT 1 - Provision of BVCA for people with disabilities in order to respect the rights of people with disabilities according to Decision no. 43/2024 on the amendment and completion of Government Decision no. 1,017/2018 for the approval of the Methodological Norms on the method of granting the rights to free interurban transport to people with disabilities in conjunction with the provisions of art. 24, paragraph 9 of Law 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of people with disabilities with subsequent amendments and completions. The maximum and minimum estimated quantities that can be requested for the entire duration of the framework agreement are: Maximum estimated quantity of the framework agreement: 50,000 BVCA sheets/30 lei/sheet Minimum estimated quantity of the framework agreement: 125 BVCA sheets/30 lei/sheet Maximum and minimum estimated quantities that can be requested for the duration of a subsequent contract are: Maximum estimated quantity of the subsequent contract: 1250 BVCA sheets/30 lei/sheet Minimum estimated quantity of the subsequent contract: 125 BVCA sheets/30 lei/sheet Maximum total estimated value for the entire duration of the framework agreement: 1260500 lei excluding VAT; Maximum total estimated value for the entire duration of the largest subsequent contract - 31512.50 lei excluding VAT. Estimated calendar (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly depending on the needs and existing budgetary funds, by written request from the contracting authority, in accordance with art. 108, paragraph 3 of Decision no. 395/2016.
