By achieving the real estate investment objective, the improvement of accommodation conditions in pavilion A, in barracks 1548 Sibiu, will be ensured, through renovation works on existing rooms and the provision of necessary utilities, while also improving working conditions for personnel employed in spaces with a destination other than accommodation. The proposed real estate investment project consists of executing investment works within the 1548 Sibiu barracks by carrying out the following objects: • OBJECT 01 – Consolidation of pavilion A and related consolidation works • OBJECT 02 – Modernization of pavilion A • OBJECT 03 – Utility networks • OBJECT 04 – Repair of alley • OBJECT 05 – Telephone networks • OBJECT 06 – Fencing of the outer courtyard • OBJECT 07 – Rehabilitation of metal warehouse • OBJECT 08 – Installation of access barriers • OBJECT 09– Generator set • Site organization The total duration of the contract is as follows: - 730 days (24 months preparation period of the works, period of actual execution of the works, including reception upon completion of the works); - minimum 1095 days (36 months) and up to 1825 days (60 months): the warranty period of the works, depending on the warranty period granted by the winning bidder.
