The purpose of this procedure is to award the contract for the execution of works for the investment objective: Rehabilitation, modernization and endowment of public buildings, Beethoven Special Technological High School and the Dolj County Resource and Educational Assistance Center. The project is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, within the call for projects PNRR/2022/C5/2/B.2.1/1, component 5 - Renovation wave, axis 2 - Grant scheme for energy efficiency and resilience in public buildings, operation B.2: Moderate or deep energy renovation of public buildings. In order to achieve the general objectives, the following specific objectives are envisaged: - Energy efficiency of the building; - Improvement of the built stock through an integrated approach to energy efficiency, fire risk reduction and the transition to green and smart buildings - Modernization of finishes; - Rehabilitation of interior installations; The objectives pursued are: - Increasing energy efficiency in public buildings. - Decreasing annual primary energy consumption. - Decreasing annual specific energy consumption for heating. - Decreasing annual specific energy consumption. - Annual decrease in CO2 equivalent emissions. - Creating facilities/adapting infrastructure for access for people with disabilities. - Improving indoor comfort conditions. - Achieving a reduced annual energy consumption By increasing the energy performance of buildings, in the short and medium term, the state budget is relieved of expenses for conventional fuel used, building maintenance expenses are reduced, support for economic agents in the construction field is ensured and new jobs are...
