Romania – Bus shelters – Furnizare si montaj statii inteligente de transport public din cadrul proiectului „Sisteme ITS-sisteme de transport inteligente/managementul traficului in Municipiul Drobeta Turnu Severin”

The acquisition in this documentation refers to public transport stations within the project "ITS Systems - Intelligent Transport Systems/Traffic Management in Drobeta Turnu Severin Municipality", funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10-Local Fund, call for projects 1.1 Sustainable urban mobility through I.1.2 - Ensuring infrastructure for green transport - ITS/other ICT infrastructures (intelligent urban/local management systems), which is to be integrated with the complementary urban mobility projects that have been implemented at the level of Drobeta Turnu Severin Municipality (Rehabilitation of public transport tracks, Modernization of public transport - Public transport stations, Intelligent traffic management system, Intermodal center). Within this procedure, the following will be purchased: - 19 smart public transport stations, - 7 travel ticket vending machines, - 1 Storage Server and 1 data processing server, - Electrical installation and foundation works for public transport stations and travel ticket vending machines. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
