Provision by the Provider through qualified personnel of cleaning services in the headquarters of the Financial Supervisory Authority in Bucharest, sector 5, Splaiul Independenței no. 15, and, partially, in the buildings in Bucharest, sector 1, Amiral Constantin Bălescu street no. 18 and Steluței street no. 2. Minimum framework agreement quantity: a) cleaning services provided for in art. 4.1. letters a) and b) of the Specifications; b) general cleaning services, at the request of the Beneficiary, on working days, on an area of approximately 1,000 sq m for the A.S.F. building in Bucharest, Amiral Constantin Bălescu street no. 18, sector 1 (4 operations) and on an area of approximately 1,000 sq m for the A.S.F. building in Bucharest, Steluței street no. 2, sector 1 (2 operations); c) exterior window washing services (high-rise) at the Beneficiary's request, on a total area of approximately 700 sq m for the A.S.F. building in Bucharest, 2 Steluței Street, sector 1 (1 operation), for an area of 400 sq m for the A.S.F. building in Bucharest, 18 Amiral Constantin Bălescu Street, sector 1 (2 operations) and for an area of 650 sq m for the A.S.F. headquarters in Bucharest, 15 Splaiul Independenței Street, sector 5 (4 operations).
