Attached to the Award Documentation, all the documents necessary for the preparation of the offer can be found. Pursuant to art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and in compliance with the provisions of chapter 19 of the Supply Contract, any changes that may occur during the contract period refer to the following, without being limited to them: changes to the contracting parties; duration of the contract; payment methods and recovery of receivables from the Supplier; verification and reception; subcontractors. Any change to the public procurement contract during its validity period other than in the cases and conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions. The modifications will be made after the signing of the contract, in accordance with the contractual provisions, only under the conditions that they do not represent substantial modifications within the meaning of the provisions of art. 221 paragraph.
