Lot 1 - Provision of maintenance services and technical support for the City Care incident monitoring and reporting application During the term of the framework agreement, the contracting authority estimates that 13 subsequent contracts will be concluded, i.e. a maximum of 2 subsequent contracts/year, but the contracting authority reserves the right to conclude more or fewer subsequent contracts, depending on the needs, As follows from the provisions of art. 20 letter f) of Government Decision no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions relating to the award of the public procurement contract/framework agreement of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions: - Value of the smallest subsequent contract, estimated: 11,460.00 lei excluding VAT; - Value of the largest subsequent contract, estimated: 45,840.00 lei excluding VAT; - Minimum value of the framework agreement, estimated: 57,300.00 lei excluding VAT; - Maximum value of the framework agreement, estimated: 183,360.00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities that formed the basis for estimating the estimated value for the framework agreement award procedure are attached to this award documentation. The award of subsequent contracts will be carried out without resuming the competition, based on the concluded framework agreement, by applying the conditions and terms established within it, to the economic operator ranked first following the evaluation of the offers, according to the award criterion provided for in the award documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude more or fewer subsequent contracts depending on the needs and the budget allocated to the framework agreement.
