FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR "MODERNIZATION, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF STREETS, ALLEYS, SIDEWALK, ROAD SYSTEM ON BRIDGES" AND "TRAFFIC SIGNALING OF INTERSECTIONS AND PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS" IN THE CLUJ-NAPOCA MUNICIPALITY AREA according to the requirements of the attached specifications. Clarifications regarding the award documentation may be submitted by interested economic operators no later than 21 days prior to the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification no later than 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of offers. The maximum estimated value for the maximum quantity of the framework agreement is 1,512,605.04 lei excluding VAT; the value of the largest subsequent contract is 300,000 lei excluding VAT. The min.-max. framework agreement: 300,000 lei excluding VAT - 1,512,605.04 lei excluding VAT; min.-max value of subsequent contract: 1,600 lei excluding VAT - 300,000 lei excluding VAT.
