Supervision of the execution works for the investment objective "Rehabilitation and modernization of county roads DJ 226A Section DN22/Tariverde – Cogealac and DJ 226B Section Cogealac – Grădina – Pantelimon – DN2A/Crucea", SMIS Code 305544, in order to successfully implement the project, in terms of time, cost, quality and safety parameters and in accordance with the legislation, standards and technical regulations in force. According to the definition in GD no. 1/2018 and in the context of this specification, the supervisor is - economic operator, designated by the Beneficiary. The supervisor has the technical, financial and contractual attributions established in the Contractual Conditions. The supervisor is nominated in the Contractual Agreement or notified to the Contractor according to the provisions of clause 5 [Supervisor and Supervisor's representative]. The supervisor has in his team authorized site managers, according to the provisions of the Law and any other persons to fulfill his role. Site managers will be authorized, according to the legal provisions, for all categories of works provided for in the project. The activities performed will be in accordance with the requirements of this specification, the legal provisions in force in the field of construction and the supervision of the execution of construction works
