Public procurement of Design and execution services for the objective “Demolition of building I (C9) and construction of the Mobility Technology Center, Stiinței campus, Domnească Street, no. 111” included in the project entitled “Sustainable and resilient creation of the MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY CENTER (CTM) within the “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați”, Smis Code 322516, according to the specifications in the specifications. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT - 28 MONTHS AND 10 DAYS The duration of the design services for the development of documentation for obtaining the approvals, agreements and studies, from those requested in the Urban Planning Certificate, which have not been obtained by the date of this procedure or whose validity has expired, is max. 10 working days from the submission of the Urban Planning Certificate (if applicable). The duration of the design services for the technical documentation for obtaining the Construction and Dismantling Authorization is maximum 60 calendar days after issuing the order to start services and handing over the site for design. The duration of design services for the technical-economic documentation of the PT phase provided for in the specifications is a maximum of 60 calendar days from obtaining the Construction Permit. The duration of the works will be a maximum of 24 months from the communication of the start of the works to the Galaţi City Hall and the Galaţi State Construction Inspectorate, payment of the ISC fees of 0.1% and 0.5%, handover of the site for the execution of the works. Technical assistance from the designer will be carried out throughout the period of execution of the works until the signing of the Acceptance Report upon completion of the works by the acceptance committee without objections. In the event of an extension of the execution duration, the duration for technical assistance will also be extended without additional costs.
