Romania – Construction work for power plant – REALIZAREA LA CHEIE A OBIECTIVULUI SISTEM FLOTANT PANOURI FOTOVOLTAICE ” PROIECT PILOT NUFĂRUL”

The details of the quantities of works, services and activities necessary to be carried out under the Contract are provided in the specifications developed by ROENER ENERGYPRO SRL no. 81628 / 30.07.2024. The specifications, developed by fields/specialties, present the requested technical and functional requirements, the verification conditions and the requirements regarding technical and commercial guarantees. The main project stages within the meaning of this Specifications are the following: DESIGN - both the basic ("basic") and the final design necessary for the integration of the offered equipment will be ensured, SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT - the delivery of the main equipment and the auxiliaries necessary for proper functioning will be ensured, ASSEMBLY WORKS: carrying out the specific assembly works for the integration of new equipment, COMMISSIONING: each equipment will be put into operation and tested by the contractor, FOLLOW-UP AND MONITORING: The Purchaser will follow the installation put into operation by the Contractor during the offered warranty period, and the Contractor will remedy any non-compliance with its technical offer that occurs during this relevant period, GUARANTEE: The Contractor will provide all warranty services during the offered period, POST-IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: The Contractor will offer warranty services during the offered period, POST-IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: The Contractor will offer post-warranty services and will provide these services during the proposed period including an annual monitoring report carried out by ANRE/MEEMA authorized auditor.
