Romania – Construction work for school buildings – Construire Școală Verde Nivel Gimnazial – Comuna Hărman, județul Brașov

The main object of the contract is: (1) Provision of technical design services consisting of the development of documentation in the P.A.C. + P.O.E. + P.T. + D.D.E. phase, technical documentation necessary for obtaining permits (in accordance with the provisions of GD 907/2016 including the technical documentation for obtaining the ISU and DSP permit) and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works, for the project: Design services, technical assistance from the designer and execution of works in order to achieve the objective "CONSTRUCTION OF A GREEN SCHOOL-HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL - HĂRMAN MUNICIPALITY - BRAȘOV COUNTY", in the agreed period/periods and in accordance with the obligations assumed by the contract, taking into account but not limited to the provisions of the SF, the Urbanism Certificate and the permits issued in order to achieve the objective of the contracting authority. (2) Execution of works related to the investment objective “Construction of a Green School for Secondary School Level – Hărman Commune, Brașov County”, in accordance with the approved and subsequently approved project, defined in point (1) above, by the contracting authority, within the agreed period and in accordance with the obligations assumed by the contractual conditions; (3) Technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective “Construction of a Green School for Secondary School Level – Hărman Commune, Brașov County”
