The object of the contract resulting from this procedure consists of the design and execution of all works identified in the Feasibility Study and related annexes and includes: i. Preparation of Documentation for obtaining the necessary approvals/agreements for issuing the building permit, fire safety permit and other permits necessary for the operation of the investment objective; ii. Preparation of documentation for PAC, PAD and POE; iii. Preparation of Technical Execution Project (PTE + DE, CS); iv. Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works; v. Verification of the design documentation by certified project verifiers; vi. Technical construction book; vii. Energy performance certificate for the related buildings: construction of building Cl-workshops and laboratories, construction of building C2 student dormitory, construction of building C3 cafeteria, construction of building C5 sports hall, extension of building C4; viii. the purchase of all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment) necessary for the implementation of the contract; ix. any temporary activity or work necessary for the preparation of the site, or any authorization required by the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and the performance of temporary activities and works; x. the transport to the site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, of any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works; xi. any relevant testing and tests, such as these tests and tests required by the legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; xii. any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the performance of the tests; xiii. the preparation of any documentation necessary for the Contractor for the execution and design of the works, documentation which includes but is not limited to:...
